About

the Northwest Florida Association of Computer User Groups has been formed for the primary purpose of providing the opportunity for user groups to come together and promote home computing.  By coming together we can collectively promote the use of computers for education, entertainment, and assist computer users helping computer users.  We have purposely formulated very simple by-laws to guide the conduct of business.

Local Clubs

We have purposely formulated very simply by-laws to guide the conduct of business. The Association will meet annually in January to form the Board of Directors and the Board will select the officers. There will be a quarterly meeting of the Board which is open to all member user groups.

In cooperation with Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, Florida, we will sponsor an annual Computer Expo. The Expo will focus on home computer users. Industry and local vendors will be present and there will be presentations of interest on computer products. Round-table discussions will be offered to expose the public to user groups and what all they offer.
