Center for Lifelong Learning Computer Club
The Club was organized to promote computer literacy for the CLL members and to help develop a pool of instructors and teaching assistants for the computer classes.
As personal computers become available and affordable for most homes, they have also become more powerful. The concept of computer literacy is moving beyond computer basics to more powerful applications under the heading of multimedia literacy. Our Computer Club has expanded its scope to fill these growing requirements.
The Club now has a membership of 67 members (and growing) with an average of 30 to 35 attending each session. Our membership includes locals, transplants, and snowbirds. They are a good cross section of the United States and Canada.
Being a CLL member is the only requirement for membership. There are no dues or fees.
